Would it be the same if I go to apply to a job with a bachelors degree I earned online? Would employers look at the degree just as if I had earned the bachelors degree by attending college in person? Do employers look you as less because you earned the degree online?

My father-in-law is thinking about going for a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field. Is it a bad idea to attend online classes, instead of classes at a college? College accessibility is not very easy for him so he was considering this option?
