As A American Citizen And College Student, Can I Continue My Online Education But Relocate Over Seas?

I want to remain at my college as a full time student, keep my local address for document purposes (keep my in state tuition), but temporarily relocate over seas.
I have some money saved so I won’t need a job, but it would be nice to have some extra money. This is my dream and I wana know who else has done this. Without the school knowing. Need advice!
