How Do Employers Look An Online Degree?
Would it be the same if I go to apply to a job with a bachelors degree I earned online? Would employers look at the degree just as if I had earned the bachelors degree by attending college in person? Do employers look you as less because you earned the degree online?

What the employer should be looking at is the accreditation. If you earn a degree at an accredited school whether on campus or online really does not make a difference —- what counts is that you went to a school that is meeting high standards of education and that is what accreditation proves.
i think that may be about the same way as employers distinguishing between a HS diploma and a GED but think about it its up to that particular employer everyone values things differently
